Provided daily morning and afternoon traffic reports for 16 Triad (Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem, NC) radio and TV stations. Required to work in a mentally fast-paced environment with little room for error. Reports, live or recorded, demanded the ability to observe traffic conditions from a plane 3000 feet above the Triad, and quickly synthesize all available data into a 30 second news report, easily understood and actionable. 

Monitored customer accounts to ensure best experience of products and services. Gained extensive knowledge of fiber optics/high-speed internet, wireless communications, cable and OTT television services.
